I would like this business to get their employees in check

I came into zaxby's around about 4:00 pm, just to purchase a drink, I stood there about 20 minutes while the workers walked around like they did not see me standing there. So one of the guys had just walked back behind the counter I had some could I purchase a drink. He then goes to says nobody helped you. So at this point I saw a shift leader walked from the back and and she stated she don't know what's going on some of the workers are playing around this is not the first time and also we have other customers were complaining. These employees need to be in check it does not make sense that the line has to be that long and you have employees playing around . It took me about 35 minutes just to get one drink. When the guy brought me my drink he goes to says the machine was down ??. It was too funny the machine was not down. It's not right how some of these places treat you.. I hope that they get better if not they will be losing a lot of customers. I would like this business to get their employees in check and stop playing around on their jobs. It didn't make sense I had to stand there that long to get a drink.
