I purchased a T-shirt I was told they can't sell the shirt because they don't have permission from the bank to sell it. Two weeks later the shirt is still for sale. They are using the band to get people to come to the site you order and you get no money back and no item. They inform you they legally can't sell it after looking up the info for the company because online customer service refuses to give you any phone numbers. They are still selling the shirt I ordered another and the order was accepted. Resolution Sought I informed them I will be pressing this because they are knowingly selling merchandise from musical groups without their approval

Personalized shirt was much darker than the one that I originally ordered. So the lettering is not as sharp. They offer hundred percent guarantee, but in some cases, they will expect you to pay return shipping, I finally spoke to a supervisor who wasn't sympathetic to my situation. He brought up things in the past where the company went out of their way to satisfy me. That has absolutely nothing to do with this particular, situation. I bought over 65 shirts from this company. And he had the audacity to state that I complained about 40 of them .Rubbish!! Up until this point I was very satisfied with the product and customer service, but this one mismanaged, event really soured me. It's not the money ,which really doesn't amount to much, it is the principle .I will not do any further business with them. Amazon now has my business. I would like them to redo the shirt and send it to me at no cost since it is obviously, a production problem, I was hoping that you had a place where I could show the differences in the two T-shirts Resolution Sought I will take any light colored shirt with the lettering that I picked out at no cost?
