The game has a glitch and it keeps freezing and my chips goes missing . It sums up more than 600b chips. I made videos and screenshots; the background of the room goes without theme, but VIP sand support slandered me and they are just closing my tickets! I'm unable to do the change of the room by myself, but for Zynga it's normal. I gave up the game, but I noticed that Zynga charged me three times on my cards on 22nd march, I have no idea why and I don't know anything from Zynga poker who would cost 1 dollar each. Anyway, Zynga shouldn't do that! I sent the transactions to VIP, and they don't see any purchase for that! I can't do that to or by myself either! Resolution Sought They should acknowledge its flaws , I wouldn't be complaining for nothing. Refund and not making it anymore. I'm not even playing it since they are closing my queries automatically.

Well, I’ve been taking all the steps of the troubleshooting and it kept happening. There’s no good answer, it’s just the standard answer with no further information or careful analysis. The sum missing was from a larger period. Anyway, I just keep complaining for searching for a fair treatment and environment to play. But it’s not a fair as Zynga claims. I quit playing,, it’s just ridiculous to pay for being slendered and disregarded, to close tickets with no response is just unimaginable behavior from a serious company. I’m looking for refund from Zynga, because as the receipts I sent to them it has been billed by Zynga and not by Apple, even so I reached Apple and they confirmed that their billing would appear as Apple billing. Here in Brazil and as far as I know, everywhere it’s a very serious issue to bill someone with no consent. I just can think it as a scam, if you charge three times each player without their consent, even for a small amount. For me it’s just unacceptable. If it was my company it would concern me and I would do my best to apologize and repair it at the best of my power. I hope people to be aware of what Zynga do!

I had again problems playing poker at Zynga, the game freezes and chips goes missing. In the last 20 days I had 2 issues. 1 T chips went missing. The last one was on 9th December without even playing. And it happened after buying a pack of gold from the site to recover from game losses and also the glitch in the game. I'm a customer a put real money on it, shame on me, and support and VIP customer service just shut me down when I complain. They acknowledge there's a glitch but at the same time they do nothing to help me out. Days after using money it happens! Support who should help me just give me standard answers and even close my tickets with no answer. They even said any further complaint may be closed or deleted from them without consideration. I looked for customers laws, because it's a serious issue in Brazil, but it seems Zynga can do whatever. Zynga claims to be a fair game, but it doesn't look like, some players seem to be sponsored by them, I would like to apply to that, because they can play wreck less and get back from zero to trillions and they, and others can curse and bully at table but they keep being there. Resolution Sought Respect customer. 840B chips - support returned me 160B from one of 500b missing chips. Completion of the last token of zynga watch series.

As I said I don’t think Zynga provides the environment that it claims. I have been cursed and bullied and even suffered sexual harassment at the table, and reporting did nothing because you keep l meeting the same players at table, maybe they are better customers than me, or sponsored players who know the staff. I wouldn’t be submitting myself to this, I live in another country and the laws here to protect me here doesn’t apply it seems. I have no choice but to look after help outside Zynga, because they can close your ticket with no answer. It seems to me to be very convenient. They wrongfully ban players like they did to me, and I was just reinstated thanks to Alliance help! I, like all the other players, even if I paid for the chips/gold pay the 14 tax on each hand I win, and I paid for some part of my chips. I’m in touch with the district attorney and I hope to get help somehow. Standard answers doesn’t help. Regards
