Bad support

The game is addicting, but it has flaws, the problem is that the app blames the user/customer. They pick you and then, suspend you ( inadvertently they said after ), take your chips, and then it keeps happening, game freezes, chips goes missing... They aknowledge the issue, but don't want to be held responsible for that; they said if you know there's an issue, you play at your own risk. Wouldn't it be the other way around? If they keep selling chips/gold wouldn't be the least to provide a safe game play experience, or at least care of user/customer experience?

This website is getting away with cheating and scamming people out of their money. It has a Policy of fair play, but it's everything but fair. They are fixing and stacking the decks. Intentional and deliberately cheating people. Day after day week after week month after month. It's so obvious to see your being cheated until it's ridiculous.. When you contact their support team about their purposeful cheating. Nothing gets done, this Poker website really needs to be under investigation. They are getting away with really scamming people. Stop the intentional, deliberate purposeful daily cheating. They have a Policy of fair play and that how this game should be operated
