This is not a real butcher and meat packer!

Bought a half cow and full lamb "Customer Special" for $999.

-The meat is not vacuum packed it is merely in a plastic bag.
-The plastic bags are very poorly marked.
-The cuts are not traditional at all, like a real butcher certified by the USDA would do.
-The meat is not aged at all it is "fresh" and is dripping with blood.
-The meat packages leaked bloody fluid.
-The lamb packages were not marked at all.
-It was less than 150 pounds of meat total and a heavy box of big bone.
-None of the un-choice cuts were grinded into burger.
-The meat is "halal", which means the animal was supposedly slaughtered in a humane manner (probably throat slit).
-The "included" special box of fruits was not included at all, but I was permitted to pick and carry some unripe apples or unripe pears off of a tree.

I would never buy from this place again!!
