Shoddy frame construction

Unfortunately, I chose one of their fabrics that should never been offered for sofas. It immediately stretched out and soon came apart at the seams. I chose the fabric, my fault.
Now after only 2 years the frame on the larger sofa has become detached and wood has torn through the fabric on the underside. We are just two adults in the house. No one jumping on furniture. In trying to repair the problem ourselves we have learned how shoddy the original frame construction was done. It can be noted that there was almost no fabric stapled to the frame under the sofa and lots of little staples trying to hold everthing together as it continues unraveling.
After all this I just wanted to warn that there needs to be a better inspection process so the customer does not end up with furniture that has to be replaced every two years.
