We had Frontier services for years, we paid bill on time via autopay. The service was becoming so bad that we was without phone and internet more and more. Was having to call and have person come out and/or go through tons of steps over phone. Within year that we cancelled service we had outages because a car hit the box up the road from us, DOH cut the line installing a culvert, another time it was a hay cutting machine cut the line up the road from us and another was a trench digger. Never did we ask for adjustments and never did we receive one. We would be without from days to few weeks. We decided to cancel service and just use cell phones. Called and cancelled service paid final bills and now they put a 88.00 fee on credit report saying it is an equipment restocking fee. I don't understand why after all the trouble they feel they should charge us a fee for this. We did everything and paid every bill on time via autopay. Their lines being buried in ground draws moisture and is easily broken which makes people have no service. Water in the lines or whatever makes the phone crackle and couldn't hear anything on it 85 percent of the time anyhow. Resolution Sought I want the 88.00 fee off our credit report. Or reimbursed so we will pay it. This is dropping my credit score that I worked hard all my life to keep great.

I live in a very rural area with no service. We rely on internet as our means of communication. Yesterday 03/16/24, frontier services were not working when I woke up. My husband called about 2 pm and created a trouble ticket as the app stated there no outages. Every single person on my road is without internet service. We all created trouble tickets with no estimated restoration time. This morning 03/17/24, all of the tickets were marked as complete but still no services. They are still reporting there is no area outage, when I know for a fact all the people in my area are experiencing an outage. They created a new ticket and scheduled a tech to come 03/22/24. 6 days with no services is absurd and that's somehow the best they could do, even considering this is the THIRD outage experienced in the last 3 weeks. My neighbor is elderly and very ill and I am keeping her grandchildren she is custodian of while she is admitted into the hospital. I am unable to communicate with her due to this. This is a repeated problem causing real problems for real people and they are ignoring the outages, the problems causing the outages, and our voices asking for things to work as we pay for them to do. This is the second time I've had to file a complaint against frontier and their negligence and faulty products. Resolution Sought Restore area service immediately.
