What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Unsolicited explicit mail coming to my house was resolved.

Experience was pleasant trying to get this resolved. BCA diligently worked on getting my issue resolved. Heat magazine replied within a timely effort and resolved by removing me from their distribution list. Thanks for all the help.

In the future I would suggest that emails be sent to people prior to sending mail to their house. They could still want your business, but maybe to an alternate address or PO BOX.

Within a week of filing my complaint, they got the mailings stopped. I am so thankful to this company!

Very good customer service! Such a valuable company to have access to.
