Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A Great Find - Honesty and Integrity in a Precious Metals Company

Having had a bad experience with my first choice in a precious metals company earlier in 2021 to rollover my 401k into a metals backed IRA, finding and doing business with Miles Franklin since then, has been an amazing experience. You can not ask for more personalized service than to have Andy Schectman himself be there for guidance and to answer any questions I had. He never once asked me to wire him any funds until after we had discussed my best options for preserving my wealth, unlike two other companies who did just the opposite. He genuinely cares and has concern for the people he serves. Miles Franklin has truly been a breath of fresh air in these tumultuous times we are facing. Andy puts his neck out there for you and says what he means and means what he says. Integrity, honesty and transparency all things you need to trust doing business with a precious metals company. Much gratitude to a company who puts the customer first. Thank you Miles Franklin.
