Business Consumer Alliance works closely with government agencies to assist them in identifying businesses who engage in fraudulent, illegal or other activities that violate state or federal laws or regulations. BCA will provide information to investigators from government agencies that will assist in both the identification and prosecution of individuals engaged in such activities. In some cases, special credentials that will allow individuals employed by government agencies to access our extensive database of complaint records.

Media Services

Business Consumer Alliance works closely with the media. We will assist reporters and producers in identifying and publicizing businesses engaged in illegal or unethical behavior. We regularly encounter businesses who prey on the public and are uniquely situated to provide victims and detailed information about scams and other unscrupulous operators affecting local consumers. We deem it important that the public be informed of these activities and welcome calls from the media.
