COMPETENCE/TRACKRECORD OF ALLURING HOMES TO TAKE OFF AND RE-INSTALL SOLAR PANELS AS PART OF ROOF REPLACEMENT

Date: 2/8/2019 9:19 AM (PST)

My wife and I are considering a bid by alluring homes Inc. to both replace our roof and take off and reinstall solar panels as part of this process. I would appreciate any information you have on the competence and track record Of Alluring Homes Inc. in performing solar work as well as roof replacement. Also, please refer me to other organizations (the state of California Better Business Bureau?) That would be able to inform me upon this topic. Thank you very much.

Good Morning Bruce. Alluring Homes, Inc. is triple A rated with Business Consumer Alliance (BCA) with no complaints on file: https://www.checkbca.org/report/alluring-homes-inc--156277127 As I’m sure you are aware, companies that perform this type of work are required to be licensed in California, and the licensing agency is the Contractor’s State License Board. I checked the status of their CSLB license, 1021491 and verified it is current and active. Classifications on license are General Building Contractor and Roofing Contractor: https://www2.cslb.ca.gov/onlineservices/CheckLicenseII/LicenseDetail.aspx?LicNum=1021491

I suggest you do a simple Google search of the company name followed by the term complaints or reviews. Your search should direct you to complaints or reviews posted about Alluring Homes. It would be a good idea to contact the Contractor’s Board directly and see if they have additional information about Alluring Homes that you should be aware of.

Thank you Bruce for the opportunity to respond and I wish you the best of luck. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at vantillon@checkbca.org If you have additional questions.
