Complaint filed againt MGM why no response

I filed a complaint with the Maryland Gaming and Conttol commission re Casinos in particular MGM at bationsk harbor.

Do they even acknowledge such filings or maje inestigations of the charges made?

BCA is not affiliated with the Maryland Gaming Control Commission, if you have previously filed a complaint with them, you will need to reach back out to them for a follow up. I cannot speak for another agency as to what step they will or will not take regarding complaints.

John, not sure what the problem is that you are experiencing with the company, but BCA does offer complaint mediation, where we would send out your complaint to the company in an attempt to resolve the problem.
