A dealership in Alabama was happy to sell me a car with additional insurances, (GAP Insurance being one of those). I paid off the car loan early and cancelled the GAP Insurance and requested the refund. Well, I purchased the car 12/29/2015 and paid it off on May 6, 2019, and mailed the congratulations letter to the dealership and GAP requesting my refund on May 19, 2019. How do I get my refund if the dealership refuse to mail me my refund check; GAP Insurance states they don't do refunds, that the dealership does. The dealership states that they don't do refunds in the state of Alabama. And the Lender states there is nothing they can do. So, what am I suppose to do? The dealership have not answered calls or emails from me since August. What else can I do?
