Before you book a stay at a hotel or motel, Google them. Check to see what kind of reviews they have. TripAdvisor, Trivago, and Booking.com are examples of some of the more popular review sites for hotels and motels. Follow that up by looking at their social media accounts, like a company Facebook page. Check to see what kind of comments customers are leaving on their timeline. Contact Business Consumer Alliance.
