I stayed at a hotel they had bed bugs and said I would get a refund

In the State of Michigan, bed bug complaints should be filed with the Michigan Department of Health & Human Resources: https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhsPer your complaint, the company stated they would be compensating you by issuing a refund of some sort, but have not made good on their promise. I suggest filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s office. The AG’s office accepts consumer complaints and may be able to assist you in resolving your complaint. I think that the company should make Good on the Refund to this Gentleman, and i hope he checked his bag's or anything else he might have taken to that nasty Hotel because bed bugs like to travel and will get a ride in your bag's and Go home with you. This is a Bigger problem than most people think.
