How I get my money back

I stayed at a hotel they had bed bugs and said I would get a refund

Lamar, thank you for contacting us. Per my research, I see that you did file a complaint against Knights Inn and the company failed to respond. There is further action you can take. In the State of Michigan, bed bug complaints should be filed with the Michigan Department of Health & Human Resources: https://www.michigan.gov/mdhhs

Per your complaint, the company stated they would be compensating you by issuing a refund of some sort, but have not made good on their promise. I suggest filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General’s office. The AG’s office accepts consumer complaints and may be able to assist you in resolving your complaint. The complaint form can be filled out online: https://secure.ag.state.mi.us/complaints/consumer.aspx

I think that the company should make Good on the Refund to this Gentleman, and i hope he checked his bag's or anything else he might have taken to that nasty Hotel because bed bugs like to travel and will get a ride in your bag's and Go home with you. This is a Bigger problem than most people think.
