Hello John. I’m sorry to report this company has hundreds of complaints filed against them on the web and several complaints registered with us as well. Complaint allegations include poor customer service, issues with not being able to use cards, load cards, or card declined due to AVS and more. Unfortunately, companies like MyVanilla make it very difficult for a 3rd party to assist because they will only speak with the account holder. I looked at their website and they provide only one number to call for customer care which is 1-855-686-9513 or they provide an address of PO Box 826 Folsom, GA 31808. I suggest filing a complaint with the Georgia Consumer Protection Division: being that MyVanilla is headquartered in Georgia.

MyVanilla is F rated with Business Consumer Alliance. We have processed a total of 11 complaints over the last 3 years, and 8 of the 11 complaints were not addressed. Here is a link to the MyVanilla reputation report from BCA: Under complaint experience, click on view complaints to see the types of complaints registered with BCA. I encourage you to file a complaint with BCA. The complaint will go in our records; the complaint allegations are made public, and we do this so the general public has a better understanding of a company’s reliability. Again, I thank you John for contacting us. Please feel free to contact me directly at if I can be of further assistance.
