Attn: Mr Peter VetereSince I filed a complaint with BCA and also cancelled the recent charges to my credit card, you have finally called and asked what you could do to make it work. Well if the VP cant fix things, then maybe you should consider a career change.After beginning this project 2 yrs ago, I am still looking for half screens, looking for a warranty on the products, had a screen delivered of wrong size and color, had a second service call between 3-6 pm, called at 3:30 to check in, and finally got a call at 645 saying he wd be out at 830, which was unacceptable.You had him come today, took more pictures, this is about the 5 th time sending pictures, he didnt have half screens, didnt have trim and plugs, couldnt fix the lock, and the screen door once again, doesnt fit. Who looked at the last pixtures???
