Hello Antoin. Unfortunately, the information I was able to locate for the company was limited. They have not been in business very long. According to their web domain registration, the website was created in August of this year. Their website, www.bibinewclever.com lists no phone number, just a customer service email address of service@bibinewclever.com I noticed when I clicked on some of the payment icons, nothing happened.

It’s best to research a company before any transaction is done. Google the company name and see if your search directs you to any complaints or negative reviews posted about the business online. Review the company’s website and look for a return policy and shipping and delivery terms. Are you able to locate the company’s contact information should a problem arise? Is there a phone number, email address and a street address?

According to the company’s website, shipping processing time is normally 5-9 business days and shipping time is normally 3-10 business days, so an order placed in November should have been received by now and no response from the company to explain the delay is concerning.

At this time, I suggest considering filing a dispute with your credit card company or bank regarding the charge. You also can file a complaint with our office. We’re happy to contact the business with your complaint and see if we’re able to get a response. We cannot guarantee that the company will respond, but we’re happy to reach out to them on your behalf.
