I filed a complaint on 4/29/20 and it looks like it hasn't been responded to yet - not surprising, as that was the cause of the problem in the first place. The question I have is does my complaint require anything from me at this point?

Hello Heidi. Yes, in addition to the complaint you filed with our office, I recommend that you reach out to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC is the regulator of the telecommunications industry: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us Due to the number of complaints our office has processed against QLink Wireless and due to the number of unresolved complaints, I recommend reaching out to the FCC.
