Can you veer me in the right direction the next step I need to take regarding Loan Contract that I am disputing only on the grounds that I feel I was deceived about the true extent of the contract. Made to understand that my initial loan request was valid and no explanation or indication that I had signed a contract similar to a" Title"loan.
I would not have accepted the loan in this case because I specifically requested a conventional loan with monthly pmts./for a certain amount of time, with a collateral
I was reassured that the monthly pmts./for 30 months was a good choice to enable me to pay off the EXISTING TITLE LOAN I HAD.Wishire knew I could not afford to pay off a lump sum on a loan ,this is the only reason I went to them for a loan to begin with.I find myself in a worse predicament ,unable to pay a lump sum they request. This is worse because I have paid out 30 months, mostly interest, fees etc. etc

Good Morning. Unfortunately, further action is sometimes necessary. The Department of Business Oversight is the regulator of this industry and does accept consumer complaints: https://dbo.ca.gov/file-a-complaint/ I wish you the best of luck moving forward.
