If a company fail to refund me my money what is the next step I should take?

I can confirm that BCA has received your rebuttal and Clicks Dealer will be notified that you have contacted our office to report you have not received your refund. As soon as we receive their response, you will be notified. In the event Clicks Dealer fails to respond to us and/or fails to issue you a refund, I recommend contacting www.econsumer.gov/#crnt At ecommerce.gov you can report international scams.
