What happens next?

Thank you for submitting your complaint with Business Consumer Alliance. You'll soon be receiving an email or letter from us informing you that we've processed your complaint. It will have a Complaint ID number to reference. One of our mediators may also contact you by phone or email if we need to get additional information from you regarding your complaint. Please check your email spam folders and do your best to get back to us as soon as possible so we can move forward with your complaint.

If we've determined we have enough information from you, we'll contact the business on your behalf and relay your concerns in an effort to work out a resolution. We'll keep you updated through every step of the process. In the meantime, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter through our Consumer Ally program to get the latest information on scam alerts, consumer marketplace trends and helpful tips to make you a more informed consumer.

This program is an elite community of consumers who share our vision for a safe marketplace. We can't be everywhere at once so we depend on feedback from the public to help our efforts.
