My 2018 Toyota Camry was totaled on 9.1.2021 and the agent of record is Gallagher Bassett. My insurance adjuster as well as myself have been trying to get a claim number from this company and we continue to get the run around. I have talked to 4 different people that say they are not sure why the claim has nit been filed, they advise they are going to submit it and they never do! I have been advised a member of management is going to follow up with me and they never do. I am just short of obtaining an attorney and let them deal with it. UNBELIEVABLE! Very unprofessional. Resolution Sought A claim to be filed. Simply for them to do want is required.
