I'm making a complaint about assurance wireless I've been with them for 5 years I've always had unlimited service because I'm on Medicaid and now I only get a thousand minutes with 4.65 gigabytes this is not fair no one told me about it I am 60 years old and without communication now I can't even call my doctors please could you help this is not fair to us the ones that are on Medicaid insurance wireless once you to add money so you can get more minutes and this is not right this is not how it should go I am without communication and I need somebody to investigate this please June Wilson thank you very much Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me back my unlimited minutes and my gigabytes this is not fair for them to just you know switch me all of a sudden I am without communication now I'm 60 years old and I needed those unlimited minutes they want people to buy minutes and something is not right could you please investigate this would like the business to give me back my unlimited minutes and my gigabytes this is not fair for them to just you know switch me all of a sudden I am without communication

I have the ACP phone plan and now Tom Tillis is trying to take my cell phone away and I speak for all the people in the USA that have this funding on there phone I really need my phone I cannot afford another phone I'm not going to let anyone take my cellphone away or anyone else's my dog died in November I have pictures of her on my phone I don't have them any where else my family is on there I don't drive I have low income please don't let them take my phone this is so wrong taking advantage of people Thank you Resolution Sought Well I just want Assistance Wireless not to let The ACP Funding be took away from millions of people that have this program on there phone that are upset like me this is wrong I use my phone for everything I need the Internet to learn things Thank you Five on your side God Bless everyone
