I've been making over payments on my new car and every month I call in to hyundai finance to have them allocate the over payment to the principal this past month I called in as usual . I have now been receiving calls that my payment is late. I spoke with hyundai financial and they informed me the representative I spoke to allocated the full amount to the principal and my regularly scheduled payment is now past due. I explained they needed to fix this.... well they refuse and told me just to make another payment I also spoke with a supervisor who said there was nothing that could be done. I understand I will obviously just have to make another payment but I want a formal complaint issued. Resolution Sought Thr correct amount be allocated to the account

My lease has been bought out and paid in full. I have a copy of the Bill of Sale and they have sent me the title. I received calls from collections saying I owe money. The leasing department says that the car was bought and the title is clear. Seven calls latter and multiple supervisors they are now saying I am 90 days past due. Resolution Sought Have the lease extension closed out as I could buy the car out anytime during the extension and exercises that right
