Customer Complaint

Complainant alleges the company has sent a fraudulent offer. She received a check for $2900 and asked for her to deposit it in her account and send $2500 to their agent via money wire. She called the bank that the check was on, they said it was valid. She took it to her bank, and the signature on the check does not match the signature the bank has on file. The lady that she spoke with from this company is Melissa Cole. She has tried encouraging the consumer to cash the check. Resolution Sought Complainant is seeking for the company to stop contacting her.
