Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They took all my information and my money to stop my home from going into foreclosure they kept telling me to fax my documents off and I did they kept saying they didn't receive them they never reached out to my home lender to discuss my situation of them stop the foreclosure everytime I called them I got there voicemail I even fax them and email is to what and where n and what else d I need to do to save my home no response at all Resolution Sought Yes state my refund and away to get my home back
