Dear Timeshare Company, I'm reaching out to share my frustration with the timeshare I've been stuck with for years. I'm losing money without any of the supposed benefits. The fees keep going up, and I barely get a few days a year to vacation. Not what I signed up for! I've paid a lot for this timeshare, but got nothing in return. The luxurious vacations I was promised never happened. Feeling pretty ripped off. I've had better vacations for less money than what I've spent on this timeshare. Passing this burden to my son isn't an option. It's time to part ways with this timeshare. I believe I'll get more value booking vacations on my own. Vacations should be longer than 2 to 3 days. This timeshare has been a letdown, and I fear it will only get worse. I insist on ending this timeshare agreement now. I want a full refund of everything I've put into this, including maintenance fees. Justin Huertas, Jason Manx, Nader Mirfiq are the sales reps I had. Resolution Sought Out of the timeshare

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Orange Lake timeshares. It all started when we attended a benefit auction for our church and bought a spring break use of a donor's timeshare. Little did we know that we were in for a world of trouble. They made attending an introductory meeting mandatory and pushed us to buy into their timeshare because of their "amazing" amenities. Fast forward a few years and they switch to a point system. We were forced to attend ANOTHER meeting to convert our timeshare into points and were pressured to buy into Grand Geneva Vacations Condominiums for better flexibility. What a crock! Locking in the Spring Break period became a real pain in the you-know-what. To make matters worse, we had to endure countless presentations promoting the point system and RCI. They made it seem like we could lose our spot in the unit because of the point system and inflation. So, they pushed us to buy more points and upgrade through one of their other properties for a more solid lock-in and supposedly more flexibility. But guess what? They never honored the promised date lock-in. The taxes and maintenance fees on the property just keep going up, and we feel like we've been scammed by Holiday Inn/Orange Lake. It's frustrating because we just want to get rid of this timeshare because of all the lies, broken promises, and lack of use. It's a burden that we don't want to carry anymore. Overall, I'm just really disappointed with the way Orange Lake operates. It Resolution Sought We just want out, and we want to be done with this ordeal once and for all.
