Violated my privacy by listing my name in a review!!!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They listed my name in the google review. Review attached: Response from the owner3 weeks ago Hi Samika J. You forgot to mention you received a refund. You keep leaving this same smear under various fake names and variations and somehow you forget to mention that you got a refund? This isn't a review this is a rant. Why are you so bent on damaging and defaming our reputation? We have all your text message correspondence with Lorrie which present a much different tone than what you portray above. We can certainly post those here if need be. How nice Lorrie was in explaining to you our specials and discount process and even offered you an additional discount. She even wished you happy holidays and apologized to you for not being able to meet the price you were insisting on. I don't want to keep doing this Samika. This back and forth. You have never stepped foot in our business. The only reviews under your aliases are negative ones. Reviews are not meant to be weapons. We are not perfect. We strive hard every day to please and satisfy all our clients. We have an amazing caring staff who depend on us to do the right thing in all things in order to take care of them and their families and livelihoods. You can obviously rant about whatever you want but at the end of the day we tried to resolve your issue. We refunded you your money now please move on and leave our staff and our reputation alone.
