Rude waitress

I would like to report the waitress at A Pizza Mart . I entered the restaurant at 9:55pm. The waitress saw me enter and said nothing. I waited for her to wipe down a table and when she finished she walked past me to go make drinks. After waiting a couple more minutes, I walked over to the bar and waited a little longer. She would not even look in my direction at all. I then tried to speak by saying "excuse me ma'am" and she cut me off extremely rudely saying I'm busy right now. I immediately called the grubhub helpline to report her. I believe she did this to me because I am a black man. I was the only black person in the restaurant. Please let me know what I have to do to further report her.
