They need to be more respectful, and work with the customer

I took my 2006 Chevy Silverado RST truck to get smogged it had factory headers, with the California carb exemption number on it. I also had all the legal documentation from the header manufacturer, Pertronix Corp. The tech was extremely rude and unprofessional, went to another star smog station in San Marco's, right up the road. I showed them my truck with the carb no. attached in the engine compartment, and the documentation from the manufacturer and they smogged my truck without any issues or drama, never going back to the other smog shop! They need to be more respectful, and work with the customer...especially when I had all the legal carb sticker and legal documentation from the pertronix Corp, who makes the headers for my truck
