Consumer states; On March 4, 2023 that when I found out that I had no dental insurance, because of my dentist called me. On that Saturday to remind of my appointment on Monday. Then office called back and said that I wasn't insured, so I call Delta Dental, but they were closed, so I called Monday March 6, 2023. Talked to Robert, Robert was supposed to send me some paperwork, my case # CMP281323, no paperwokr. So I called again, and Bank statement of payment. I am sending (3) pages of contact information of me trying to resolve this problem. The company has taken a month of payment from my checking account $72.10 a month for $648.90 plus $30. stop payment. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want my money back because they said that I was insured. The Primary Enrollee Name: Kola Akingbade.
