Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Most complainants allege after failing the board exam many times the company fails refund monies per guarantee. Many complainants allege the items ordered were never delivered, wrong items were received, customers only received partial orders, or the materials were outdated. Some complainants allege the flyers received were misleading and looked as though they were from the Contractor’s State License Board, which in fact they were not. A few complainants allege books were returned however, refunds were not received.

The company responded to all complaints by stating they are just a publisher and only sell books and manuals to schools. They stated the customers must obtain refunds from the school or their credit card companies. No explanation was provided about their guarantee.
