Consumer alleges your company is refusing to provide services. In December of 2021, consumer states he contacted Ace Home Services in regards to their Thermastate. However, he states as of today, no customer services have been received other than the runaround. In fact, consumer states he had to pay $140 out of pocket to have it replaced on his own. In which, consumer feels is very unprofessional of Ace Home Services to not honor his warranty that he has with your company and has requested the assistance of Business Consumer Alliance in obtaining an amicable resolution. Resolution Sought Consumer would like Ace Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning to continue to honor his warranty and provide the necessary repairs.
