Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Issue Resolved, Quickly and Efficiently

Although our experience was unpleasant at the venue, AEG LIve and the management of Club Nokia (particularly Russell) were professional, receptive, and sympathetic throughout. From the moment we brought forward our complaint and during the resolution process, they did their very best to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. I was both surprised and beyond satisfied at the speed and detail with which our complaint was addressed. Thank you AEG Live and Club Nokia for setting the standard; we will happily return.
