What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Did everything possible to help me.

Aflac did everything possible to help find the missing paperwork needed for my short term disability. Thank you and they also paid my claim in 1 day after everything was resolved.

They give their policy holders the run around and tell lies and don't pay teir claims

I have been a policy holder for 10 years.I have been told many lies and give the run around.They do not want to pay the claim but they want you to send them money after getting one lie after another from them.If you have this insurance you be better off to find one that does not treat their policy holder with more respect.
