He was polite, friendly, and his customer service skills were excellent!!

I found All Points Residential Inspections using BCA's website and searching through all of the members. I called a few places to get estimates and from the moment I spoke to Jim he was great. He was polite, friendly, and his customer service skills were excellent. He was very reasonably priced and had immense knowledge and experience in his field of work. When All Points Residential Inspection came out Jim was even friendlier in person. He came in and did a thorough home inspection and within no time at all we had our report via email which was very convenient. He report included pictures, recommendations, and comps in the area. He also went over his finding with my husband onsite and what it would take to fix the issues where they were minor or major. He really did give us a lot of good pointers to consider during our home buying process and what to look out for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area that needs a good inspector.
