Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A month after the rep promised that I had been qualified to have AA my taxes forgiveness in one of their programs, within a month that rep was replaced. I had 4 different representative that quit and a different rep was assigned to me and it was very stunning and disturbing. They wanted an up front fee of $1000 and received it from me. I was charged over $300 to file my taxes for each year of 2018, 2018, 2020, & 2021. I am very leery and concerned that the correct information that was filed in a dishonest tax business such as Alliance Tax Advocates who simply disappeared/shut their doors with NO notice or follow up to their clients that had invested thousands of dollars. It is highly likely there was incorrect as well as fraudulent information filed in my tax returns and the amount that I owe is incorrect, I need feedback on having some oversight on the submitted tax returns. I was told that in order to mediate my tax returns I had to pay the legal department $1,894 over 18 months to a business who paid them up front Denefits. Alliance Tax Advocates wanted much more money from me, it was a fleecing and a strong push to get me to pay more. I have been reaching out to Patty Chavez email: patty.chavez@alliancetaxadvocate.com at 1 714-643-5965. The last email I received from Patty Chavez was on August 24th 2022. I have continued to send meeting notices via the link she sent me as well as sending email and she has not responded to any of my attempt. Resolution Sought I would like to go after this company that preyed on vulnerable people. They likely don't have a legal department, therefore the entire business is fraudulent. I would like to have all of my $2500 dollars refunded immediately with interest. I want them reported tot he Attorney General of California.

Tax Alliance was unable to complete my case and they have disappeared leaving nk trace. All the emails, phone numbers and even the website are down. We just want our money back. Resolution Sought Tax preparation/resolution for an easy case
