She was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not listen to the question(s) that I was trying to ask her.

I'd like to file a complaint against an employee of Allied Universal Security Services. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not listen to the question(s) that I was trying to ask her. This happened on Tuesday September 3rd at the American Psychological Association building in Washington D.C. As a caucasian woman approached the information desk, she serviced her with pleasure and gave her everything that she needed while leaving me standing directly in front of her. If this isn't the appropriate protocol in filing a complaint against an AUS employee, feel free to direct me appropriately!
