Bad business

Ordered a trial of 2 of their products for 4.95 ea. They charged my bank account $190.00 the following month.. They would not do anything about refunding my money. I actually had to close the credit card so they could not keep charging me. Got BCA involved Alucia sent a letter back to me 100 percent satisfaction and wanted my address so they could send me the check.I sent my address Bca forwarded it to Alucia cream. They never responded back. Very bad business i urge anyone that reads this to think twice they would rob you blind. I know being disabled on a fixed income telling the family they were not getting anything from me at Christmas was one of the hardest things i had to do and will never forget it

Horrible Company

First of all this is about the product which I found to be heavy and sticky, used the round jar as a moisturizer and that is all, no improvement to my skin. Now regarding the company and the way they treat their customers is appalling. The advertisement that I seen and not just me, never said it was a "trial" offer, I know this because I went over and over the site because I had made a mistake before with another company and got taken, (my fault for not reading fine print). So I ordered sample for $4.95 or close to that amount. received it and then a day or few later was charged almost $200 for the so called "free" product. When I called the company I was told more or less to bad you signed for a trial offer and it expired 14 day from date of order, not from day of delivery which would make more sense, however it was a waste of my time trying to reason with them, and I was near tears as I am on SS and couldn't afford that amount taken from my account!. I called my bank and they worked with me and gave me the amounts back, but I didn't think it was right so I did some research and found the BCA and let them know how this company was dealing with me...They helped me get my refund back, the company told them they were about 100 customer satisfaction, which wasn't and isn't true. But Thank you BCA for your time and looking into this for me.... A very satisfied Client!! This company does not deserve any stars!
