They refused to cover the replacement of my truck engine due to lack of maintenance in their opinion. I only owned the vehicle for 1 1/2 years & kept up with all oil changes which is the best that I could do according to the dealership repair facility. According to my policy, the engine replacement should have been covered. Resolution Sought Issue a full refund for the yearly total paid into their company.

I have taking my Dodge Journey to my repair shop and Shield has not made any attempts to repair my vehicle. They keep asking for pictures and the pictures are sent to them. There are two adjuster working on the claim but it seen as if not one of them is trying to get my vehicle fix. The auto shop has done all they ask they to do and it seems like to papers, pictures, and the recording of the vehicle never get filed. This company is suppose to be professional but it looks as if they do not what they are doing. Resolution Sought My car has been sitting at the auto shop since January 10. I would like for this company to pay for my rental vehicle because I had to rent a vehicle since my car been in the shop. I would like for this company to fix my vehicle before the month of February come to an end.
