Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great company, awesome customer services

I begin working with American Niche Marketing on Feb 1 2017, they generate quality inbound pay per calls for my tax firm. My business has grown over 28 since Feb thanks to American Niche Marketing. They walked me through the whole process, always answered my calls and emails on time. We have invested 33,000$ in total this year in our marketing efforts and our ROI grossed our firm 82,500$, that's only closing 3-5 deals per month.
