They provided me with a loan and I thought 229.00 a month would be the cost to repay, instead the took 460.00 out of my Credit account through Benchmark Federal Credit Union, they also told me I was paying they Principal first and owed them the loan amount. I informed my the Credit Company and they said it was predatory lending a place a stop on it which I have . Being a Veteran I was told to fill a complaint and they " Veterans Legal Aid" are helping me with this matter, I was also told they " American Web Loan" have a class action law suit against them, and their business practices are hurting a lot of innocent people especially the elderly. Thank you! Resolution Sought Do something to stop them, they have ruined my life to an extent and now I'm trying to get out of the hole they dug for me.

I took a loan out from this company and in hopes to pay it back. Lost hours due to covid and currently don't work. Since then they have repeatedly called my family members all through the day and night and even made threatening statements about probation which I have them all recorded making these threats. All illegal tactics to obtain a debt I can't pay. Resolution Sought Stop harassing my family and me and I will be pursuing charges in court for their illegal tactics that are clearly against the law
