Either train him to be more professional/respectful with consumers or remove him from his position altogether, for the benefit of the business.

I've observed one of the employees-"Pepe Diaz", who is known as the Asst.Mgr.at Amigo's Supermarket (located @ 3334 Fort Blvd.) exercise on a frequent basis Abuse of Authority. Mr.Diaz has not only banned several consumers from entering the grocery store for unjust reasons, but I have observed Mr. Diaz yell/curse @ other customers outside of the grocery store. In fact, at one point last year, I saw Mr. Diaz refuse entry to a disabled young man in a wheelchair for no apparent/justifiable reason. Is this not against the A.D.A (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT) laws? Please look into this matter a.s.a.p. for I am sure I, along with numerous other customers, can agree that a person like Pepe Diaz does not deserve to be in a respectful/resposible position of any kind. Thank you for your attention. Your assistance is imperative and will be greatly appreciated.
