Medicare needs to know what this company is doing. It's not ethical or legal to take advantage.

This company charges Medicare for services not provided. The clinical supervisor also changes documentation that nurses have entered at assessment to ensure patient qualifies for homebound status. Patients are kept on service after meeting goals to continue billing Medicare.
