He hung up the phone in my face

On Dec 4th 2020 @230pm I called the restaurant to order a Gyro sandwich. I just moved back home in June 2020 so I have been to location in a long time because I been gone for 18yrs staying in Dallas Tx . The young male told me I need to know what I want when I called because he had a line of people waiting . I only was asking what's come on the gyro sandwich and while he taking to me like that my sick baby was crying in back ground and he made a comment I need to call back with out my baby crying in back ground . He hung up the phone in my face . I never experienced this type of treatment in my 41 yrs of living . I hear about incidents but this young guy was bold and rude and didn't care about customer service . What if I was new to area of elder person would he talk to them like this ? So I called back and ask for a manager he hung up in my face and curse me out . I will not go there anymore but this type treatment should not exist at all I would like apologize for this . I just think with so much going on in the world no one should be rude and talk to anyone like this .
