I was convinced to purchased a Aquakleen Water Filtration with Salt. I had said No many times and they continue sending a Supervisor to convinced me,finally .I was giving 3 months to start making payment but I wasn't told on those 3 months it will accumulated finance fee. Also within 5 days of using the water treatment I Started with burning itching sensation on both eyes, also itching on my body. I I had told the Supervisor of the problem he said that's probably on my mind since I had seen the plastic container where the salt is with water look like somebody had vomit on it. Ihad gone 2x to ER and ER eyes specialist. This Wednesday I'm going to ask my new PCP Dr. to referred me to a dermatologist.. PS: On October 30th I'm having a nother fusion on my lower back and I really wanted The Supervisor Jenny and Nelly to take this product back and returned the money to their finance company asap like I had ask them. Resolution Sought I had put a dispute with the Foundation Finance Co. and had complained many times with Supervisors from Aquakleen to please take back their product and they are ignoring me.

Supervisor Mario Bernardoni on 10/16/23 agree taking back the Aquakleen water with salt filtration ,he said on Friday 10/20/23 he was sending his employees to my house to take out the outside filter and his company will reimbursed the finance company the $8,490.00 plus interest. Also we had agreed that I will buy the other filter installed under my kitchen sink which I gave him a check for the amount of the sale. I spoke with Nelly 8552410024 from finance she said she will call me to let me know the dispute is solve. I hope it will resolve by the end of this week cause on 10/30/23 I'm getting operated going to be at hospital for 5 days. Thanks,

On 10/20/23, as promised, we removed the whole house unit and the Customer kept and paid cash for the drinking water Reverse Osmosis System and Alkaline filter. All work performed to customer's satisfaction.
