Warranty claim was simple and easy to use.

I bought my used Z4 in June 2019. I purchased the extended warranty. In January 2020 I noticed my transmission was leaking fluid and took it to my locate mechanic. My mechanic contacted ASC and their warranty covered the repairs to my BMW's Z4 transmission. Claim was fast and easy and there wasn't any hassles or delays. Well worth the money for the warranty.

This warranty seems to be useless

I bought a vehicle from used car lot here in missouri they gave me this 3month/3,000 mile ASC Warranty. Had car 8 days when had problem took it to mechanic who put it up on a lift and showed me the transfer case was bad. I called ASC Warranty Inc to file claim they told me i didn't have it long enough and that it was a preexisting problem and they would not do anything. Very upset if things don't get resolved i will file complaint with Better business Bureau and etc not happy this place is a joke. I see from other complaint filed the use this excuse so they don't help the customer.
