Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. LIAR AND RUDE!!!!! DON'T WORK WITH HIM!! SCAMMMMMMMEEEEERRRRR!!!

We called on behalf of ASD for his day drive tour. Every time we are about to be paid he has a lot of drama. He technically dont want to pay. Don't work with him!! he is scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I can give negative zero here I would definitely give that to him. Scammer and Liar!
