The supervisor admitted to throwing garbage bags off of the third floor across power lines. I was without cable, telephone & internet.

There is a house across the street from me that was recently sold and now a crew shows up to clean it out. On 4/29/19 the person referred to as the supervisor admitted to throwing garbage bags off of the third floor across power lines and all to throw in the dumpster marked Triton 412-271-7707 which turns out to be a asbestos and asphalt removal company not far from here. I went without cable telephone and internet from approx 5pm that day until 11am 4/30/19. My full complaint which includes deliberate negligence and the lack of compassion empathy or respect for me. Laughing and joking ignoring my requests for who would be liable for this incident made me feel as though I didn't matter. Some people lately have a presence about them that is offensive to as though I could not already have other things going on in my life. He actually offered that if I was on good terms with my neighbors I might go door to door and ask if anyone else was in the same position. How the crew members referred to him as the supervisor and almost couldn't or wouldn't talk to me like they were afraid to do so but yet he ignored me. I am a retired person who for 45 years worked in customer service could not let it go. He dismissed me and made me feel like I was not important. The SUPERVISOR should have the technique and willingness to make it right but like he so giddy took scraps of junk from the property HE would keep the gift card!
